STRIPED

Excusez moi for the complete lack of updates for so long! I've been to Japan for the past week and just got back so I've been dealing with jetlag the entire time and exhaustion from all the travelling haha. But here's an ootd update! Playing with simple items such as a loose blazer, new trendy metallic heels :) and striped shorts!

AIN'T THAT PEACHY

First post of June! Will be flying off to Hong Kong today and enjoy a much needed vacation, away from school, work, and rainy Vancouver! Did this shoot two days ago with my friend Alice, special thanks to her for taking all my photos! 

 Playing with some colour blocking this time around! This peach blazer is quite a versatile piece of outerwear, also I really love its loose fit. The clutch I'm holding is actually a bag but you can always take off the strap to make it a clutch if you prefer to do so.

This post's title is from Zach Sobiech's song Clouds, he's an 18 year old who just passed away from cancer very recently and his story's truly inspirational, if you haven't watched his documentary, go search him up, it's worth your time! :) 

 Now on to my outfit, wearing Zara's 'skort', it's just a really versatile bottom outfit that can be worn  with practically anything, but simple works best in my opinion, so a knit striped top and a moto vest was just what I felt like pairing it with today! 

 Special thanks to my friend Alice for taking these photos with me even though it was raining! It was a quick fun shoot, and a spontaneous spotting of these beautiful spring flowers as our backdrop!
